OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are obliged to cancel your booking you should write to The Lunar Surf House immediately.
Please note the initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
All no-shows and cancellations made within the 7 days of expected arrival date will be charged 100%.
OUR PICKUP / TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY (INCLUDING NO SHOW)
If you have ordered a taxi or transfer from us and cancel it within 24hrs of expected arrival time you will be charged 100% of the fare. If you wish to cancel a taxi prior to 24hrs within expected arrival time you must notify The Lunar Surf House via email.
Our drivers wait at the Airport exit with your name on a sign. This is where you are expected to meet them.
They receive flight numbers and arrival time information to follow flight delays.
If you have requested a Bus Station transfer from AGADIR MESSIRA, wait for the driver at 'bus parking #20'. The drivers will wait up to an hour without extra charge in case of any late arrivals.
Arrivals to Inezgane must notify The Lunar Surf House by email 24 hrs prior to arrival: info@thelunarsurfhouse.com
